摘要
老挝是中国-中南半岛经济走廊的重要组成部分,地缘意义突出,是我国在"一带一路"战略中的重要国家之一。本文通过对老挝的经济、资源禀赋、市场需求、投资现状、政策法规等的综合分析,全面叙述了老挝矿产资源现状并且评价了老挝矿产资源及与其相关的基础设施等领域的投资潜力,主要结论为:老挝钾盐及铜金等有色金属开发投资潜力大;公路、铁路基础设施升级改造、冶金及基础地质调查等也是外资企业投资的潜在领域。
Laos is an important part of China-South Central Peninsula Economic Corridor,and it is a prominent geographical significance, is one of the most important countries in the ＂Belt and Road＂. Based on the comprehensive analysis of Lao＇s economy, resource endowment, market demand, investment status, policies and regulations, this paper comprehensively describes the status quo of Lao mineral resources and evaluates the investment potential of Laos mineral resources and its related infrastructure. The main conclusions are as follows .. Laos potash and copper and other non-ferrous metals industry have development and investment potential;highway,railway infrastructure upgrading,metallurgy and basic geological survey is also a potential area of investment in enterprises.
