摘要
中东欧国家扼守"一带一路"通向欧洲腹地的门户,其境内蕴藏多种丰富的矿产资源,开采价值可观。本文以中东欧主要富矿国家矿产资源为抓手,中东欧矿产资源供需形势为切入点,结合中东欧主要矿产资源国投资环境,提出中国在中东欧矿产资源及相关产业领域的合作方向:能源矿产(煤炭、石油天燃气)勘查开发潜力好,其成矿带是勘查开发的主阵地;金属矿产勘查开发以波兰铜、塞尔维亚锂、阿尔巴尼亚铬为先;粗钢、铝冶炼加工及基础设施建设也是中国企业投资的优选方向。
The central and east European countries hold the portal of ＂Belt and Road＂ leading to the hinterland of Europe,its territory contain a variety of rich mineral resources, mining value is considerable. This paper puts the mineral resources of main rich ore country as the starting point,the situation of supply and demand of mineral resources in central and eastern Europe as the breakthrough point, combined with the investment environment in major central and eastern Europe mineral resources countries, puts forward the direction of China and central and eastern European countries cooperation in mineral resources and related industries：energy and mineral resources （coal, oil and natural gas） have great potential for exploration and development,layout exploration and development in its metallogenic belt;the exploration and development of advantageous metal mineral resources take Poland＇s copper, Serbia＇s lithium, Albania＇s chromium as the first priority. Crude steel, aluminum smelting and infrastructure construction are also the preferred directions for Chinese enterprises to invest.
