±660 kV银东线瓷绝缘子的积污特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究银川东—胶东±660 k V直流输电线路瓷绝缘子的积污特性,在山东德州地区选取有代表性的#1894杆塔作为积污试验点,并进行为期两年的自然积污试验,测量了瓷绝缘子的等值盐密和等值灰密,研究分析正负极性对瓷绝缘子上下表面盐密、灰密及灰盐比的影响。结果表明:瓷绝缘子串积污整体呈现出两端高中间低的趋势,高压端积污最为严重;瓷绝缘子下表面积污比上表面严重;瓷绝缘子表面灰盐比主要分布在10~18.7;负极的瓷绝缘子积污比正极严重。 In order to study the pollution accumulation characteristic of porcelain insulators on ±660 kV Yin-Dong transmission line, the representative #1894 tower in Dezhou, Shandong Province was chosen to be the sampling point, and the natural contamination tests was carded out for two years. The equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and non-soluble deposit density (NSDD) of porcelain insulators were mea- sured, and the influences of positive and negative polarity on the ESDD, NSDD, and the ratio of NSDD to ESDD of the upper and lower surfaces of porcelain insulators were analyzed. The results show that the contamination of the both ends of porcelain insulator string is more serious than that of the middle part, and the contamination of the high voltage side is the most serious. The bottom surface of porcelain insulator has more serious contamination than that of the top surface. The ratio of NSDD to ESDD of porcelain insulators ranges from 10 to 18.7. The contamination of porcelain insulators on negative-line is more serious than that on positive-line.
