摘要
回复电压测量法是检测电力变压器油纸绝缘状态的一种有效方法,近年来国内外开展了大量的理论和实验研究,但工程应用案例较少,尚无回复电压法检测结果的诊断标准。为研究回复电压法测试电力变压器油纸绝缘的结果诊断方法,通过对油纸绝缘变压器的检测实例,分析了回复电压法测试结果与绝缘电阻、吸收比、微水等传统方法测试结果的对比情况。结果表明:回复电压法可用于检测设备绝缘状态并给出诊断结果,验证了回复电压法与传统方法诊断结果的一致性,表明回复电压法用于油纸绝缘变压器工程实践具有诊断准确、灵敏度高等特点。
Return voltage method is an effective method to detect the oil-paper insulation condition of transformer. A lot of theoretical and experimental researches have been carried out at home and abroad in recent years, but the application case is less, and there is no diagnostic criterion of return voltage mea- surement results: In order to study the diagnosis method of recovery voltage method in detecting the oil-paper insulation of power transformer, the oil-paper insulation of transformer was tested, and the test results of return voltage method and the insulation resistance, absorption ratio, micro water, and other traditional test methods were compared. The results show that the return voltage method can be used to detect the insulation condition of equipment and give diagnosis result, which verify the consistency of test results of return voltage method and traditional test methods. The return voltage method has high diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity for oil-paper insulation of transformer.
