考虑壁电荷积累的平行板电极介质阻挡放电模型研究

摘要 针对平行板介质阻挡放电建立了实验室放电装置,研究了大气压空气中的放电电压电流波形及Q-V Lissajous图形。提出一种考虑放电期间壁电荷累积影响的DBD等效模型,并对介质阻挡放电的电气特性进行分析。通过等效模型计算得到的放电电荷、电流及电压结果,搭建实验设备进行重复试验,并与试验测量数据进行对比。结果表明:壁电荷累积是影响介质阻挡放电的一个重要因素,积聚在反应器的介质表面电荷密度随着施加电压的增加而逐渐增加。利用数学模型计算出的放电时电荷、功率及电流与实验测量数据一致,验证了所提等效模型的有效性。 A laboratory discharge device was established for the parallel plate dielectric barrier discharge, and the discharge voltage and current waveforms and Q-V Lissajous graph in atmospheric pressure air were studied. An equivalent DBD model considering the influence of wall charge accumulation during discharge was proposed to analyze the electrical characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD). The discharge charge, current and voltage were calculated by the equivalent model. The repeated tests were conducted by setting up experimental equipment, and the calculated results were compared with the experi- mental data. The results show that the wall charge accumulation is an important influence factor of dielec- tric barrier discharge, and the charge density on the surface of reactor increases with the increase of the applied voltage. The charge, power, and current during discharge calculated by the mathematical model are consistent with the experimental data, which verify the effectiveness of the equivalent model.
