摘要
探讨四罗拉超大牵伸细纱机纺制2.9 tex精梳棉纱线的牵伸分配工艺。介绍了TH558型四罗拉四皮圈超大牵伸细纱机的机构特点,并在该细纱机上纺制JC2.9 tex纱线。首先,采用3种不同定量的粗纱,确定适合TH558型超大牵伸细纱机的最佳纺纱总牵伸倍数。然后采用正交试验分析了后区牵伸倍数和中区牵伸倍数对成纱质量的影响,获得了较优的纺纱牵伸工艺。结果表明:TH558型超大牵伸细纱机纺制JC2.9 tex产品时,选用粗纱定量为4.0 g/10 m,配合中区牵伸倍数1.5和后区牵伸倍数1.25可纺制综合质量较好的纱线。
The draft distribution of super large draft spinning frame producing JC2.9 tex is discussed. The characteristics of TH558 super large draft spinning frame with four rollers and four aprons are introduced, and JC2.9 tex yam is spun on the frame. Firstly, rovings with three kinds of density are used to determine the most suitable total draft for TH558. Then, the effects of the draft multiple in back zone and draft multiple in middle zone on yarn qualities are analyzed through orthogonal tests. Finally, the optimum spinning draft distribution process is obtained. The results show that when JC2.9 tex is spun on TH558 super large draft spinning frame, the yams with better comprehensive quality could be produced with 4.0 g/10 m roving density, 1.5 draft multiple in middle zone and 1.25 draft multiple in back zone.
