摘要 目的:探讨数字化重建跟骨骨折及骨折内固定术前虚拟设计、模拟。方法:利用跟骨骨折患侧与健侧足踝部CT扫描数据,应用Mimics17.0软件进行三维重建,重建出双侧跟骨三维数字化模型,并进行相关测量。通过镜像原理,将患侧与健侧跟骨进行对比、拟合,并进行虚拟内固定手术设计。结果:成功展示了跟骨骨折的三维数字化模型,在个人计算机上通过复位、拟合、内固定等手术设计,指导临床手术操作。结论:数字化虚拟重建技术直观、立体地展示骨折的形态,弥补术区切口显露不足,提高复位精度,优化手术设计,对临床有一定的指导意义。 Objective: To explore digital reconstruction and virtual design and simulation of calcaneal fractures. Methods: Using the affected side and healthy side ankle CT scanning data of the calcaneus fracture, the Mimics17.0 software was used to reconstruct the 3D digital model of the calcaneus. According to the principle of mirror image, the affected side and the healthy side calcaneus were compared and fitted, and virtual internal fixation surgery design. Results: The 3D digital model of calcaneal fracture was successfully demonstrated. To guide the clinical operation,the operation was designed on the personal computer by restoration and fitting and internal fixation. Conclusion: Digital virtual reconstruction of intuitive, three-dimensional display of fracture morphology., prosthetics section incision in shortage, improve the restoration precision, to optimize the design of the operation, as a guide to clinical significance.
