摘要
以车工实训为例,针对原有考核办法中的种种弊端,详细阐述了实训考核的改革办法,分析总结了新的考核办法的实施效果。
Taking lathe training as an example, aiming at the drawbacks of the original assessment methods, this paper expounds the reform methods of training assessment, analysis and summary of the implementation effect of the new assessment methods.
