摘要
设计了一款内燃机气道试验台,可实现缸径为Φ80~140 mm气缸气道的测量。该试验台结构简单,操作方便,可实现缸盖快速、准确、可靠的定位和夹紧。气门升程可自动控制,行程控制精度高,大大提高了气道试验台的测量效率和测量精度,降低劳动强度。
Air port flow test bench for internal combustion engines was designed. It can measure the air port flow of cylinder head with cylinder diameter for Ф80 - 140 mm. The test bench is simple- structured and easy to operate, which can make the cylinder head fast, accurate and reliable positioning and clamping. The valve lift can be automatically controlled with high precision, which greatly improves the measuring efficiency and accuracy, also reduces the labor intensity.
