摘要
研究某型多路开关模块在高原环境下加速寿命试验方法。通过分析高原环境对多路开关模块的影响,结合加速寿命试验理论,选取试验环境和加速应力,并确定应力的施加方式。设计了加速寿命试验平台,根据国家标准确定了试验的具体参数和失效依据,并提供了判定失效的数学方法。目前有关装备高原环境下加速寿命试验的文献很少,故对试验方案的制定具有一定意义。
This paper researches the accelerated life test( ALT) method of a certain type multiplexer module under altitude environment. The testing environment and accelerated stress were chosen and the way to preload stress was decided according to the effect of altitude environment on multiplexer module and the theory of ALT. And the ALT platform was designed. According to the national standard,the specific parameter and definition of failure were decided. Besides,this paper provided the mathematical method to judge the sample failed or not. As there are few document literatures on ALT under altitude environment for the moment,the design of the testing scheme is worthy to be discussed.
