摘要从边界效应视角看,推动GMS经济一体化的策略是:降低边界屏蔽效应,提高中介效应,促使屏蔽效应向中介效应转化,其中,政府力、市场力和社会力共同推动屏蔽效应向中介效应转化。为加快GMS经济一体化进程,应推动建立跨境经济合作区、完善基础设施建设、建立多种形式的区域合作机制。 From angle of border effect,the strategy of advancing the integration of the great Mekong sub- region economic is decreasing shield effect and effect and increasing agency effect and promoting the transformation of shield effect to agency effect,and it will driving by the market force, government force and social force.In order to accelerate the process of the integration of the greater Mekong sub-region economic,it should establish cross-border economic cooperation zones, improve infrastructure construction, and set up various forms of regional cooperation mechanisms.
