MicroRNA-124在急性脑梗死患者血清中表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨microRNA-124在急性脑梗死患者血清中的表达,并分析其与急性脑梗死相关临床因素的关系。方法收集同时期住院的急性脑梗死患者及健康体检者各30份血清标本,测定microRNA-124相对表达量,比较2组间microRNA-124表达量的变化,同时进行急性脑梗死患者相关临床资料研究,探讨microRNA-124与急性脑梗死相关临床因素的关系。结果与正常体检者相比,microRNA-124在急性脑梗死患者血清中的表达升高(P<0.05),其表达量与梗死面积、发病时间有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、高血压史、空腹静脉全血葡萄糖水平(FPG)、低密度脂蛋白水平(LDL-C)、既往脑血管病史、MRA提示颅内动脉狭窄等因素无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 microRNA-124在急性脑梗死患者血清中的表达量较正常人升高,梗死面积越大,表达量越高,在发病24~72h较发病72h以后表达升高。 Objective To investigate microRNA-124 expression in the serum of acute cerebral infarction patient,and analyze the relationship between the expression and associated clinical factors. Methods Collect 30 serum specimen of acute cerebral infarction patients and healthy check-up at the same time in the hospital. Detect microRNA-124 relative expression in serum. Compare the microRNA-124 expression variation between the two groups, and analyze clinical data of acute cerebral infarction patients. Investigate the relationship between microRNA-124 and the clinical factors related to acute cerebral infarction. Results Compared with the regular check-up, the acute cerebral infarction patients serum microRNA-124 expression upregulate(P d0.05). The expression is associated with infarction area and onset time(P〈0.05). Meanwhile, there are no obvious correlation between serum microRNA-124 expression and other factors in acute cerebral infarction patients, such as gender, age,history of high blood pressure, fasting venous blood glucose (FPG), low density lipoprotein levels (LDL-C), cerebrovascular disease history, MRA hint of intracranial artery stenosis (P〉0.05). Conclusion The serum microRNA-124 expression in acute cerebral infarction patients is higher than healthy people. The greater infarction area, the higher expression. There is a higher expression in the 24-72 hours than after 72 hours onset.
