基于真空引射驱动的火星尘暴发生装置气动结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 火星尘暴发生装置是火星尘暴地面模拟系统的关键部件,其气动结构直接影响到尘暴试验流场的品质。本文设计了火星尘暴模拟系统的真空引射驱动工作流程,并提出了尘暴发生装置的气动结构。为了验证不同气动结构对尘暴流场的影响,开发了专用设计分析软件。最后,通过设计算例对比分析了收缩比为1.5和2,以及维氏曲线和五次方曲线等四种组合气动结构的流场。结果显示,当收缩比为1.5,气动曲线为维氏曲线时,流场品质最好。本文研究成果可提高火星尘暴发生装置气动结构设计效率,为火星尘暴模环境拟系统的研制提供支持。 The Martian dust storm generator is a key component of the simulation system of Mars dust storm, and its aerodynamic structure directly affects the quality of the flow field.In this paper,the working process of the vacuum ejector was designed,and the aerodynamic structure of the dust storm generator was proposed.In order to verify the influence of different aerodynamic structures on the dust storm flow field,a special design and analysis software was developed.Finally,the flow field of four kinds of aerodynamic structures with shrinkage ratio of 1.5 and 2,as well as Witozinsky curve and quintet curve were analyzed by design examples.The results show that when the contraction ratio is 1.5 and the aerodynamic curve is the Witozinsky curve,the flow field is the best.This study can improve the design efficiency of the aerodynamic structure of the Mars dust storm generator and provide support for the development of the system.
