摘要
通过对新形势下基层气象台站经费保障存在的问题进行剖析,从而提出进一步解决问题的思路和对策。
Based on the analysis of problems in funds guarantee of meteorological station at the grassroots level under new situation, some ideas and countermeasures for further solving the problems were put forward.
