摘要
Arduino是一种基于单片机系统开发的,不足手掌大小的微控制器。因为其具有功能多样、操作简单、制作成本较低等突出优点而被广泛地应用于电子智能交互产品的设计和开发工作中。多孔硅作为一种新型半导体微纳材料凭借其自身具有特殊的微观形貌和结构,在电子器件和气敏传感器方面具有巨大的应用潜力。主要介绍以Arduino Uno控制板为控制核心,搭载多孔硅气敏材料制成的气体检测报警装置的基本结构、工作原理和功能特点等。
Arduino which is smaller than the size of the palm is a microcontroller based on the Single- chip microcomputer system. Because of its simple operation, functional diversity, low production costs, etc., prominent advantages, it is widely used in designing and developing electronic smart interactive products. Porous silicon, a new type of semiconductor material in nanometer scale, has special micro- structures, so it has great application potential in the aspects of electronic devices and gas sensors. This paper mainly introduces according to the core of the Arduino control board, the basic structures, working principles and functional features of the gas detection and alarm device carrying porous silicon.
