摘要
以城市轨道交通线路上区域票价的制定问题为研究对象,将区域票价方案划分为区域划分和票价计算2部分。以里程票制为参照,构建平均平方偏差最小化目标函数,以反映区域票价的公平性。以分区边界调整作为解改进方向,从区域划分、分区票价计算2部分构建分区票价方案的优化算法。以长沙地铁2号线为例,对分区票价方案进行实例计算和分析,较为实用的分区数为5,研究结果表明:优化算法具有较高的求解质量和效率。
This paper focused on the zonal fare formulation problem of urban rail transit lines, consisting of zonedivision and fare calculation. Based on the mileage fare, the average squared deviation minimum objective was setto evaluate the fairness of the zonal fare. An optimization algorithm was designed based on the two stages of zonedivision and fare calculation with the zone boundary adjustments as key techniques. The numerical experimentwas conducted on Changsha Metro Line 2 and the algorithm demonstrated a high efficiency and quality. Theresults show that it is applicable to divide the line into 5 zones.
