摘要
为实现对制导航空炸弹电控装置的自动测试,提出了一种基于LabVIEW和PLC的电控装置测试系统设计方案。该测试系统硬件主要由PLC及其外围调理电路组成,能够执行测控软件的测试指令和回告测试结果。计算机测控软件采用LabVIEW进行编程,能够控制硬件进行自动或单步测试,并实时显示结果与存档。实际应用表明,该测试系统操作简便、测试结果正确、故障定位准确,达到设计要求。
In order to realize the automatic test of the distributor of guided air bomb,a test system based on LabVIEW and PLC is designed.The test system hardware is mainly composed of PLC and its conditioning circuit,which can execute test instructions from measurement and control software,and report test results. The measurement and control software adopts LabVIEW as development environment,which can control the hardware to automatic or single-step testing,and display and archive test results in read time. Practical application shows that the test system has excellent performance,and achieves the design requirement.
