摘要
由于聚苯乙烯板外保温体系施工简便、造价低而且保温效果好,在以落实建筑节能、改善热环境为目的的暖房子工程中得到广泛运用,但如何解决护面层微裂纹一直是工程难题^([1-2])。对聚苯乙烯板外保温的微裂纹原因从材料、设计以及施工等方面入手,系统分析了护面层微裂纹形成的原因,提出了综合预防措施并在暖房子工程中应用,取得了较好的效果。
Polystyrene board external insulation system,having advantages of easy construction,low cost and good heat preservation,is widely used in warm house projects to achieve energy conservation and improve thermal environment,but the micro cracks in protective layer has always been a difficult problem.The reasons for the formation of micro cracks in protective layer are analyzed systematically from the aspects of material, engineering design and construction, integrated prevention measures are put forward and applied in a warm house project,and good results have been achieved.
