含硫双水杨醛希夫碱锑配合物的固相合成、表征及抗菌活性 被引量:3

Solid-phase Synthesis,Characterization and Antibacterial Activities of Binuclear Antimony(Ⅲ) Complex of Sulfur-containing Bissalicylaldehyde Schiff Base

摘要 以5,5'-亚甲基双水杨醛缩肼基二硫代甲酸苄酯希夫碱(H_4L)为配体,于室温下与氯化锑进行固相反应合成了含硫双水杨醛希夫碱锑(Ⅲ)配合物,用滴定分析、元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱和热分析对配合物进行组成和结构表征。该配合物组成为[Sb_2L(H_2O)_2Cl_2],锑(Ⅲ)与来自配体的亚胺基氮原子、巯基硫原子、酚羟基氧原子以及氯原子和配位水分子中的氧原子形成了5配位的双核对称希夫碱配合物,其在空气气氛中的热分解反应包括脱水、配体的氧化分解过程,最后残余物为SbOCl。测试了该配体及其锑(Ⅲ)配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌活性,结果表明,锑(Ⅲ)配合物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抗菌活性最强,质量浓度为1.5 g/L时,抑菌圈直径为19 mm。 A binuclear antimony(Ⅲ) complex of sulfur-containing bissalicylaldehyde Schiff base was synthesized by room-temperature solid-phase reaction of antimony trichloride with the ligand 5,5'-methylene-bissalicylaldehyde-S-benzyldithiocarbazate(H_4L).The complex was characterized by means of titrimetric analysis,elemental analysis,molar conductance,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermal analysis.The formula of complex was [Sb_2L(H_2O)_2Cl_2],and the antimony(Ⅲ)ions were coordinated by imino nitrogen,thiolato sulfur and phenolic oxygen from the Schiff base ligand,oxygen from the coordinated water,and chlorine,respectively.The thermal decomposition processes of the antimony(Ⅲ) complex under air atmosphere included dehydration and pyrolysis of the ligand,and the final residue was antimonyl chloride.The antibacterial activities were screened for the Schiff base ligand and the antimony(Ⅲ) complex against four bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus epidermidis.The results showed that the antimony(Ⅲ) complex had the most intense antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis.The diameter of inhibition zone was 19 mm when it's mass concentration was 1.5 g/L.
