摘要
在"多规合一"工作中,林地专项规划举足轻重。同步更新林地"一张图"、做好林地变更与公益林更新是必要的;先行摸清林地现状,主动衔接国土、城乡建设、海洋等其它规划有利于逐步缩小分歧;搭建合适的数据操作分析平台,有利于在不同工作阶段快速理清问题,即时恰当响应决策支持信息,促进"多规合一"圆满高效完成,同步建成高质量的林地"一张图"。
During the working progress of multiple plans integration, forestland special project plays a decisive role. It is necessary to update forestland one map, forestland change and public welfare forest renewal. Understanding and connecting the current situation of forestland and other projects like land, urban-rural construction and ocean wouldnarrow diversion between each other. Through establishing appropriate data operation and analysis platform could benefit to sorting out problems in different working progress, respond to decision supporting information appropriately, complete multiple plans integration in a satisfactory and efficient way and build a high quality forestland one map all together.
