摘要
工艺管道对空气预热器进、出管口施加较大的外载荷,容易产生应力集中,对设备产生破坏。因此需在设计空气预热器过程中对工艺气进、出口进行管口的局部应力分析计算,并限制其不超过一定的极限。采用有限元ANSYS软件通过建模、模型网格划分、约束和载荷施加、计算等步骤得到两管口最大应力分别为78.54 MPa和32.30 MPa,均位于短管与方变圆变径段的连接部位。判定所得数值均满足标准要求,两个管口在受内压和工艺外载荷同时作用的情况下是安全的,空气预热器工艺气进、出口在操作工况下能够承受工艺管道施加到管口上的机械外载荷。
Air preheater is an important piece of heat exchange equipment for sour gas to sulfuric acid plant.Its function is to reduce the temperature of upstream process gas and its characteristics are that it is high in temperature and low in pressure,larger in diameter of inlet and outlet of process gas.Process piping exerts a greater external load on the inlet and outlet pipe nozzle of air preheater,whose concentrates stress will damage the equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to have an analysis calculation of local stress at the inlet and outlet of process gas in the design of air preheater,which should be controlled within the limit.The finite element software ANSYS is applied to calculate the maximum stresses of the two nozzles to be 78.54 MPa and 32.30 MPa through modeling,meshing,constraining and loading,which are located in the short and round connecting parts of reducer.According to the criteria of numerical analysis,the design for local stress can meet the requirement.The two pipe joints under internal pressure and process loads are safe,the gas inlet and outlet of air preheater under the operating conditions can withstand the mechanical load of process pipelines applied to the pipe joints.
