摘要
目的:探讨改良Ravitch手术治疗小儿漏斗胸的价值。方法:选择自2014年2月到2017年1月在我院诊治的小儿漏斗胸72例,随机分为观察组与对照组各36例,观察组采用改良Ravitch手术治疗,对照组给予常规手术治疗。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量与术后住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月并发症发生率为5.6%,对照组为22.2%,观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良Ravitch手术治疗小儿漏斗胸能促进患儿康复,减少术后并发症的发生,有很好的应用价值。
[ objective] ： To discuss the value of modified Ravitch operation for pectus excavatum in children. Methods： 72 with pectus excavatum in children who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2017. They were randomly divid- ed into observation group and control group （n= 36）. The observation group was treated with modified Ravitch operation. The control group was given routine operation. Results： The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stays in the obser- vation group were significantly less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications was 5.6 % in the ob- servation group and 22.2 % in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Modified Ravitch operation for pectus excavatum in children can promote the rehabilitation of children, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and has a good application value.
