摘要
"互联网+"时代彻底改变了人们对互联网技术的认知。互联网以其广泛的影响力、渗透力以及对行业间结构关系的重塑,实现了从技术层面到价值层面的全方位影响。高校法学作为培养高级法律人才的主体,既受到时代变革下法律内容、运行方式等变化的影响,也受到教育理念、教育方法、教育模式等变革的影响,在自觉和不自觉中适应着时代发展的趋势。而要保证这种变化沿着正确的方向前进,就需要加强引导,抓实考核评价。
The cognition on Internet technology has entirely changed by the ＂Internet plus＂ era in the 21st century. With its exten- sive influence, penetration and reformation of syntagmatic relations between industries ; the Internet has achieved a comprehensive im- pact from the technical level to the value level. As the main part of cultivating senior law talents, the higher legal is not only affected by the contents of law with the change of time, the ways of operation, but also affected by the change of educational idea, method and pattern. The higher legal gradually adapt to the development trend of the times. To ensure that these changes in the right direction for- ward, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance, assessment and evaluation.
