摘要
高校转型视域下的人才培养模式与大学生就业能力之间具有紧密的关联性。地方师范院校要在学科专业设置和区域特色人才培养策略方面,在就业意愿分层次培养方面,在学生就业指导与心理辅导服务方面,以及在加强实践教学方面,实现有效的转型,从而进一步增强与大学生就业能力的关联性。通过互联网文献资源调研和以盐城师范学院为例的实证研究等,可以为地方高校建立以就业为导向的新型人才培养模式,及其与提高大学生就业能力的关联性提供有益的参考。
There is a close relation betweenthe mode of talet training and the emcollege students. It is imperative for the local normal universities to transform and increase the students’ employability, including the strategies for specialty development and talent cultivation with regional characteristics, differentiaed inspiration of employment intention, employment guidance and psychological consultation, as well as practical teaching. The author makes a detailed study on the cultivation mode of Yancheng Teachers Univerity combined with relevant literatures, aiming atproviding gdidance for the establishment of a new employability-orented talent training mode in localcolleges and universities, and improvement of the employability of college students.
