摘要
目的评价XE-5000全自动血液分析仪在脑脊液及浆膜腔积液细胞计数应用的价值。方法选择60例胸、腹水、脑脊液标本进行手工计数与上机检测结果进行比对。结果两种方法检测结果白细胞计数>20×10~6/L时,相关性良好;线性范围、回归分析可靠。而对红细胞计数,有待改进。结论当脑脊液及浆膜腔积液细胞计数结果>20×10~6/L时,XE-5000全自动血液分析仪与显微镜计数没有差异,但在细胞计数<20×10~6/L时,需人工显微镜复检。
Objective To evaluate the value of XE - 5000 automatic hematology analyzer in cell count of cerebrospinal fluid and serous effusion. Method To compare with the detection results from 60 cases of chest, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid by Microscope and XE - 5000 method. Result The results of the two methods corre-late well while the count of WBC is higher than 2×10^6/L ; Linear and regression analysis are reliable. The red cell count needs to be improved, especially in cerebrospinal fluid and serous cavity fluid. Conclusion When cere-brospinal fluid and serous cavity fluid cell count is higher than 20×10^6/L , XE - 5000 automatic blood analyzer and microscope method no difference; but while cell count is lower than 20×10^6/L , It need to slecet microscope again.
