摘要
针对变传动比转向器中齿条齿扇副的重合度、换向连续等多个设计目标不相关甚至矛盾的问题,提出了一种变传动比齿条齿扇副的设计方法。该方法以齿扇中间截面为设计出发点,得到的齿条和齿扇均是非圆的,克服了单纯以直齿条或渐开线齿扇作为设计出发点时设计不灵活的不足。首先,研究了重合度和换向角的计算方法,进而明确了参数设计目标,然后选取了齿扇中间截面上的相关参数作为设计参数,并分析了各参数对各设计目标的影响,最终提出了设计参数的寻优方法。对某款变传动比转向器的设计实例表明,该方法的齿条齿扇副满足传动连续和换向连续的要求,齿扇没有根切和齿顶变尖。所提方法设计自由度大,综合考虑了所有设计目标,设计过程方便快捷。
Focusing on the irrelevance and contradiction of different objectives such as contact ratio,reversing continuity and some other requirements,a design method for the rack-sector pair with variable transmission ratio is proposed.This method begins with the middle section of the sector,obtaining a non-circular rack and a non-circular sector and overcoming the deficiency of inflexible design brought by beginning with a spur rack or involute sector.The calculating methods of contact ratio and reversing angle are analyzed,and design objectives are then defined.Parameters of the middle section of the sector are selected as design parameters,and their impacts on design objectives are discussed respectively.An optimization strategy for design parameters is decided.A design case of a variable ratio steering indicates that the rack-sector pair obtained with this method can meet requirements of transmission continuity and reversing continuity,and the sector avoids undercutting and addendum pointing.The proposed design method takes all the requirements into consideration,has more degrees of design freedom,and performs efficiently and practically.
