摘要
为了降低水下采油树在海底工况下长期处于腐蚀介质生产环境中发生腐蚀失效所带来的风险,而完善和 改进国内深水水下采油树维修和建造工艺,分析了从海底腐蚀工况下回收的水下采油树的腐蚀状况;在实验 室进行了模拟多种工况条件下的腐蚀状况的实验;理论分析了深水水下采油树腐蚀机理;为海洋恶劣腐蚀环 境下深水采油树的设计维修建造技术,提供了借鉴.
In order to reduce the risk of corrosion failure of subsea Xma s tree which happens in corrosive medium and to improve maintenance and construction technologies of deep-water subsea Xmas tree in China,the author analyzes the corrosion status of a Xmas tree which has run about 20 years and recovered from mud finally . Experiments were carried out in the laboratory for simulating corrosion under various working conditions, and theoretical analysis of the corrosion mechanism of Xm a s trees under deep sea was conducted. From this report,you will get some useful information about design,construction and maintenance technology for Xmas trees which suffer the harsh marine environment.
