摘要
目的探讨用弥散张量成像技术观察大鼠严重烧伤早期的脑微观组织特征,为烧伤导致应激性脑损害的早期诊断、早期干预治疗提供理论依据。方法使用3.0 T磁共振成像仪和大鼠专用线圈,对烧伤后3 h、6 h、12 h、18 h、24 h、48 h、72 h大鼠行T_2WI及DTI序列扫描,测量对照组和烧伤组各组大鼠双侧额叶、顶叶皮质和尾状核的FA值,并比较各组间差异。结果与对照组相比,烧伤后各组尾状核FA值未见明显统计学差异。烧伤后12 h组大鼠额顶叶FA值较对照组减低,24 h组达最低值,之后逐渐升高,但仍低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DTI可通过定量测量FA值来评估大鼠严重烧伤后早期应激性脑损害的损伤程度,并能一定程度上反映组织细胞的自我修复能力。
Objective To study the feasibility of evaluating the early stage of bum brain damage imaging using T2WI and DTI, through different time points during the early brain injury of brain tissue characteristics of severe bums, and to provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis and early intervention treatment of brain damage caused by bums. Methods Images were acquired using a clinical scanner (Skyra 3.0 T) and a rat coil at different time points after the bum. T2WI and DTI were collected. Results There was no significant difference in the FA values in the caudate nucleus after bum between burnt group and control group. The frontal and parietal cortex 12 hours after bum was lower than that in the control group, and reached the lowest value after 24 hours. After that, this value gradually increased, but remained lower than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The DTI study showed that FA could be used to measure the degree of brain damage and the ability of self repair of the damaged brain tissue to some extent.
