摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5)软件,应用数据挖掘技术,对《圣济总录》治疗淋证的用药特点进行探讨并分析其规律。方法:以上海科学技术出版社2016年出版的《圣济总录》为底本,抽取其中治疗淋病的方药进行分析。首先运用"中医传承辅助平台"系统中的"临床采集"模块进行方药录入,然后运用"数据分析"功能中的规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类方法,分析《圣济总录》治疗淋证的药物频数、关联规则、处方规律、核心药物组合等。结果:99份处方中涉及162味中药,其中以滑石、木通、冬葵子、瞿麦、石韦、黄芩、车前子为主。支持度≥10的药对为15个;置信度≥60%的药物组合为12组;产生的新处方6张。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台在一定程度上揭示了《圣济总录》治疗淋证处方用药规律,有助于提高淋证的中医治疗疗效。
Objective： Using data mining to explain the combination rules of medicinal for stranguria in ＂Shengji Zonglu＂ , based on inheritance platform system. Methods： Selecting the prescriptions of treating stranguria in ＂Shengji Zonglu＂ , which published by Shanghai Scientific and Technical Press. Firstly, input prescription in the module of clinical acquisition in traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system. Then analyze the rules of the law of prescriptions core herbs and association rules in ＂Shengji Zonglu＂ by using rule analysis, improved mutual information law, complex system entropy clustering, unsupervised hierarchical clustering method. Results： Based on the analysis of 99 cases of prescriptions, including162 kinds of herbs, in this book, the common herbs Huashi, Mutong, Dongkui Zi, Qumai, Shiwei, Huangqin, Cheqian Zi. Herb pair, support level higher or equal to 10 and Confidence level higher or equal to 60, is15 and12 respectively. 23 new prescriptions were mind from the database. Conclusion： TCM inheritance platform system could accurately analyze the rules of the prescriptions and the herbs treating stranguria in ＂Shengji Zonglu＂, which could improve clinical effect.
