摘要
目的探讨围术期整体护理干预在鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎中的应用效果。方法选取96例择期行鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48),两组采用同样的治疗方法,对照组给予常规护理,而观察组实施围手术期整体护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.75%、护理满意度为91.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者实施围手术期整体护理干预,可以明显提高临床治疗效果,还可以提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative holistic nursing on endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods 96 patients were divided into control group （n=48） and observation group （n=48）. The two groups were given the same therapy. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given perioperative holistic nursing. The effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75% and the nursing satisfaction was 91.67%, which were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative holistic nursing can improve patients’satisfaction and the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery.
