摘要
"读图时代"的到来和新媒体的不断发展,使得新闻照片在高校新闻宣传工作中呈现出更为显著的作用,应运而生的海量数码新闻照片也成了当前高校档案管理的重中之重。本文从数码新闻照片档案特点入手,介绍了中国人民大学图片视频中心数码新闻照片的生产、编辑、归档、利用环节。针对所面临的新问题与挑战,笔者认为:完备的制度标准是高校新闻照片档案管理有效保障的基本前提,规范的业务操作是关键环节,高素质人才是有效保障,硬件设备是影响高校数码新闻照片档案管理的重要因素。
With the constant development of new media and the coming of ＂picture-reading＂times, news photographs play an increasingly important role in college propaganda work. Thus, huge numbers of digital news photos come into being and become the top priority of university archives management. Based on the features of digital news photo archives, the paper introduces the production, edition, filing and utilization of Image Video center in Renmin University of China. In response to the new problems and challenges, the author thinks that complete system standard is an effective guarantee as well as a basic premise of the news photo archives management, that standardized business operations is the key link, that high-quality talent is the effective guarantee, and that hardware equipment is the important factor that affects digital photo archives management in colleges and universities.
