摘要
社区教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,是社区建设的重要内容。为加快实现教育规划纲要关于基本形成学习型社会的目标,服务全面建成小康社会的战略要求,我们需要进一步创新社区教育模式,构建基于社区学习需求的社区教育模式,实现社区教育服务居民,提升居民素质与生活质量的目标。文章基于社区学习需求的基本特征,结合现有社区教育模式,分析了当前社区教育模式存在的问题,并对社区教育模式创新进行了一番思考。
Community education is an important component of Chinas education, and it is also an important part of com- munity construction. In order to speed up the implementation of the education program on the basic formation of a learning society, a comprehensive well - off society requires the completion of service strategy, we need to further innovate the mode of community education, the construction of community education mode based on the demand of the learning com- munity, realization of community education service for residents, improve the quality of residents and the quality of life of the target. Based on the basic characteristics of community learning needs, combined with the existing community educa- tion model, the paper analyzes the problems in the current community education model, then makes some reflections on the innovation of community education model.
