摘要
针对公伯峡水电站导流洞恶劣的地质条件 ,开挖过程中采用了湿喷钢纤维混凝土技术 ,用湿喷钢纤维混凝土与锚筋桩联合受力加固边墙 ,用钢纤维混凝土拱圈支撑代替现浇钢筋混凝土。钢纤维喷混凝土强度高 ,韧性好 ,适应变形能力强 ,有良好的抗渗性、耐久性 ,能充分发挥围岩的自承能力 ,而且施工速度快 ,回弹率小 ,适应岩面起伏能力强 ,施工安全 ,质量好 ,经济上也较合理。随着理论研究和实践的不断深入 。
In accordance with the bad geological conditions of the diversion tunnel of Gongboxia Hydropower Station, the wet spraying steel fiber concrete technology was adopted in the excavation. The wet spraying steel fiber concrete was combined with anchorage pile to reinforce sidewall and the steel fiber concrete arch was used to replace cast in situ reinforced concrete. The steel fiber concrete has the characteristics of high strength, good flexibility, strong adaptability of deformation, high impermeability and durability, low rebound, and quick construction. It can bring the self bearing capacity of surrounding rock into full play. It also can suitable to rolling rock surface and can be safely constructed with high quality and reasonable cost. With the deep theoretical research and practice, the steel fiber concrete can be more widely applied.
