摘要
混凝土挤压式边墙技术是混凝土面板堆石坝上游坡面施工的新方法。 1999年巴西埃塔面板堆石坝建设中首先使用该技术 ,因其替代传统工艺中垫层料的超填、削坡、修整、碾压、坡面防护等工序 ,加快了进度 ,施工质量得到了保证和提高。 2 0 0 1年 10月黄河上游水电开发有限责任公司建设分公司委托陕工局集团进行挤压墙的试验研制工作 ,将这一施工新技术应用于公伯峡水电站面板堆石坝中 ,现已取得了初步成果 ,经设计验证后 。
The concrete crushing type sidewall technology is a new method for constructing the upstream side slope of concrete face rockfill dam. In 1999, it was firstly used in the construction of the concrete face rockfill dam in Brazil. Because of replacing the processes of over fill, scaling, leveling, roller compaction, and slope protection of the cushion layer constructed by the traditional technique, the construction progress was quickened and the construction quality was ensured and increased. In October of 2001, the Construction Branch of the Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Ltd., Co. entrusted the Shaanxi Engineering Bureau Group to make the experiment and study on the crushing wall. Then such new construction technology was applied to the concrete face rockfill dam for the Gongboxia Hydropower Station and the preliminary results were gained. After the examination and proof, such technology will be fully applied to the construction of the Gongboxia Concrete Face Rockfill Dam.
