摘要
该文分析了家庭小型化和家庭结构多样化的变化特点及小型化家庭的类型,结合上述变化所引发的住宅市场需求,提出了住宅设计和建设可持续发展的建议。
This article analyzes the changing characteristic of small tendency of family and the diversity of family structure as well as the types of small-sized family. It also linkes to which it leads to the requirements of housing coverage. It raises the suggestions of housing design and building sustainable development.
