摘要
本文介绍了一种基于∑-△型ADC转换器AD7793和光继电器KAQW214的混合信号处理电路。该电路可实现对工业现场的毫伏、热电偶、热电阻、电流信号等混合模拟信号的高精度测量,并将其转换为数字信号,通过MCU再处理,测量精度可达0.05%,分辨率可达每个AD位3uV。
This paper introduces a mixed signal processing circuit of sigma delta ADC converter AD7793 and optical relay based on KAQW214. The circuit can realize the high precision measurement of the industrial field millivolt, thermocouple and thermal resistance, current signal mixed analog signal, and converts it to a digital signal, and then processed by MCU, measurement accu-racy of 0.05%, resolution of each AD 3uV.
