摘要
通过分析苯乙烯聚堵因素提出测量仪表防堵设计思路,应避免工艺介质温度升高或存在流动死区。选用膜片密封式压力仪表时应考虑合理的安装方式,兼顾测量仪表的准确性、可靠性及维护的便利性。介绍了凸缘法兰的连接方式,针对不同生产工况提出了具体的仪表选型、安装连接及选材方案。
By analyzing the clogging factors of styrene, the design idea of anti clogging of measuring instrument is put forward, and the temperature of process medium or the dead zone of flow should be avoided. When choosing diaphragm seal type pressure gauge, reasonable installation method should be considered, and the accuracy, reliability and convenience of maintenance can be taken into account. The connection of PAD flange is introduced, and the specific instrument selection, installation connection and material selection scheme are put forward according to different production conditions.
