摘要
科氏质量流量计是基于流体质点在直线运动的同时,处于一种旋转参考系中,并把这两种运动巧妙地结合起来的一种振动管式流量测量仪表。由其测量理论可知,在工艺温度发生变化时,传感器测量管的弹性模量必定发生变化,这会导致在相同质量流量情况下,仪表的质量测量结果会发生偏差。因此,需要对传感器测量管弹性模块进行温度补偿,以保证仪表的测量准确度。
Coriolis mass flow meter is a kind of vibration tube flow measuring instrument which is based on the fluid particle in the linear motion and in a rotating reference system, and combines the two kinds of motion skillfully. The measurement theory shows that when the process temperature changes, the elastic modulus of the sensor measurement tube will change, which will lead to the deviation of the quality measurement results of the instrument under the same mass flow condition. Therefore, the temper-ature compensation of the elastic module of the sensor measurement tube is needed to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
