摘要
针对科技期刊摘要中存在的基本要素残缺、表达过于简单、结果空泛笼统、随意添加主观评论、嵌入无用信息等常见问题,给出了编辑在审阅过程中分项甄别摘要四要素(目的、方法、结果、结论)准确性和完整性的步骤和方法。编辑要充分认识摘要的重要性、注重提升自身责任意识和知识底蕴,同时加强对作者的宣传和引导。将指导作者修改与编辑再次完善相结合,是提高摘要撰写水平的最佳策略。
Aiming at the problems in the abstract writing of scientific journal,such as incomplete basic elements,excessively simple expression,vague description of results,adding subjective comments,and embedding useless information,the article summarizes the steps and methods of identifying accuracy and integrity of the four elements( purpose,method,result,conclusion) of abstract during review. It is pointed out that editors should fully understand the importance of abstract,be responsible and accumulate more knowledge,and guide the authors in abstract writing. The abstracts can be revised by the authors under the guidance of the editors and then polished by the editors in person.
