实现了一套能将维吾尔文转换成国际音标的系统,主要包括:文本编辑、文本对应的语音文件播放以及维吾尔文到国际音标之间的转换功能,为维吾尔语自然语言和语音处理方面提供了一个有利的文字处理辅助工具,并满足了科研工作、教学活动以及语音学研究等各个领域的需求。
Designed a system that converts Uygur text into international phonetic symbols, including text editing, audio file play-back conespondiDg the text, and conversion between Uygur text and intematianal phonetic symbols, it provides a useiiiltool for word processing of Uygur natural language and speech processing, and also meet the needs of various fields of scientific re-search, teaching activities and phonological studies.
