摘要
针对胶带巷中转站内空间布置的复杂性以及传统喷雾降尘系统的局限性,提出并设计了由粉尘浓度自动监测与报警、行人红外感应、煤流监测、自动喷雾和远程控制5个单元组成的全自动气水联动雾化降尘系统,阐述了它的信号传输方式、工作原理和操作注意事项,并在某矿2 090 m巷道断面处进行了应用试验。实践结果表明:该系统结构简单实用、运行稳定可靠,既能及时自动启闭喷雾,取得良好的降尘效果,又能智能调节喷雾量,经济实用,具有大范围推广的应用价值。
In view of the complexity of the space arrangement in the transfer station of belt conveyor and the limitations of the traditional spray dust control system,a fully automatic mist water linkage and dust suppression system was proposed and designed,which integrated the five functions of automatic monitoring and alarming of dust concentration,pedestrian infrared induction,coal flow monitoring,automatic spray and remote control. The signal transmission mode,working principle and operation notes of system were elaborated,and the application test was carried out at the 2 090 m tunnel section in a coal mine. The practical results show that this system has the advantages of simple in structure,stable and reliable in operation,which can automatically start and close the spraying system in time,obtain good dust suppression effect,can smartly adjust the spraying quantity,and has enormous value both practically and economically.
