摘要
近年县域职业教育得到了快速发展,但办学质量不高,与企业合作对接广度、深度不够,难以满足当地工业园区企业对技能型劳动力的需求。要加强县域职业学校与企业的无缝对接,需要政府把职业教育发展问题摆在战略位置;企业重视"企中校",加强校企研发合作;职业学校的专业设置要与地方特色经济、支柱产业结合,走校企共建之路。
County vocational education has developed fast recently, but the quality is not high. The vocational school and the enterprise have not collaborated vastly or deeply as expected, making it difficult to meet the needs for skilled labors in local industrial parks. To strengthen the connection and collaboration between the county vocational schools and enterprises, the government should put vocational education on the strategic position. Enterprises should provide training courses and enhance joint efforts in technical and technological study and development, while vocational schools should offer optional specialties to adapt to local economy and pillar industries so that both parts can gain development.
