跨高速公路异形钢箱梁步履式顶推施工技术 被引量:7

On the Walking Push Construction Techniques for Shape Steel Box Girders Overpassing an Expressway

摘要 甘肃省天水市罗家沟大桥跨天北高速公路变宽截面钢箱梁重818t,采用多点、三向、智能同步顶推的施工工艺和顶升位移、顶升力的高精度双控完成50m锚跨的就位。将钢主梁在临时支架上拼装完成后架设钢导梁,钢导梁前段支撑在前方24m处的临时支墩上,后端与钢箱主梁焊接。首次顶推主梁前进25m,前端支撑在临时支墩上,钢导梁前端支撑在8#墩上;再次顶推钢箱主梁前推25m,钢箱主梁前端支撑在8#墩上,拆除前导梁,钢箱主梁顶推完成。介绍了步履式顶推的操作过程、设备体系和关键技术。在不中断高速公路交通的情况下安全、高效的完成了斜交异形钢箱梁的顶推施工。经检测该桥各项指标均符合设计和规范要求,经济效益和社会效益显著。 The Luojiagou Bridge in Tianshui City of Gansu Province overpasses the Tian-Bei Expressway,the variable-widthcross-section steel box girder of which is 818 tin weight.The box girder is jacked in place by means of the multi-point,3-direction,intelligent synchronous jacking construction process,and the precise dual control of both the lifting displacement and the lifting force to help move the 50 manchored span in place.After the main steel girder is assembled on the temporary brackets,erected is the steel nose girder,the front end of which rests on the temporary supporting pier 24 mahead,and the hind end of which is welded onto the main steel girder.During the 1 st-time jacking operation,the main girder moves 25 meters forward,the front end of which rests on the temporary supporting pier,and the front end of the steel nose girder rests on the 8 th pier.Then,the main girder is jacked to move another 25 meters forward,with the front end of it resting on the 8 th pier.When the front nose girder is removed,the jacking of the main steel box girder is completed.Introduced here in the paper are the process of the walking push operation,the equipment system and the key techniques concerned.Because of the walking push technique adopted for the project,the jacking operation of the oblique crossing shape steel box girder is safely and efficiently completed without interrupting the normal traffic of the existing expressway.And all the targets of the bridge are found to be in full agreement with the requirements of the design and the technical specifications,with both the remarkable economic and social effects achieved.
