摘要
硫酸法白炭黑生产工艺是中国现阶段主要采用的生产方法。该工艺生产过程中存在"三废"排放,分析其对环境危害性,尤其是废气、废水污染比较严重。通过分析现有白炭黑行业的生产过程,指出"元明粉-泡花碱-白炭黑"和"纯碱-泡花碱-白炭黑"这2种循环经济模式是白炭黑行业较为适宜的生产方案,但是这2种方案均存在一定的困难和问题。针对存在的困难和问题,提出了实现行业废气、废水综合利用的相关合理建议。
The production process of white carbon black by sulfuric acid method is the main production plan in China at the present.The Three-Waste produced during the production was serious in pollution,especially waste gas and waste water.By focusing on the white carbon black by sulfuric acid process, it was pointed out that Sodium Carbonate-Sodium Silicate-White Carbon Black and Sodium Sulfate-Sodium Silicate-White Carbon Black two circular economy patterns were the more suit-able production plans for the white carbon black industry.There were both difficulties and problems in the above two plans.Base on that some suggestions for the utilization of waste water and waste gas were put forward.
