无机多孔膜材料在绝缘子防“污闪”方面的研究与应用

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法,分别在玻璃基片和瓷绝缘子上制备了无机多孔膜材料,并对该材料进行了憎水试验、防尘试验、电气性能测试及人工模拟自然积污对比试验,以及SEM、AFM分析。结果显示,因其特殊的结构特征,经高温硬化的无机多孔膜不仅具备憎水、防尘性能,而且具有良好的耐老化及防"污闪"性能,自洁效果显著。 The inorganic porous membrane material was prepared by a sol-gel method on glass substrates and porcelain insulators respectively. The surface of samples were tested by hydrophobic and dust-proof,and some samples were conducted an electrical performance test and a comparison of artificial simulated sediment test,and the microstructure was analyzed by SEM and AFM. The results show that,the inorganic porous membrane material after high temperature hardening has the antifouling performance and a good anti-aging and anti-flashover performance due to its special structural features,and self-cleaning effect is remarkable.
