摘要
总结1例肺癌致股骨病理性骨折行3D打印半髋置换术患者的围术期护理经验。护理要点包括重视心理护理,呼吸功能训练,密切观察病情,积极防治休克,做好疼痛管理,预防下肢深静脉血栓,进行个性化的功能锻炼。
To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 1 patient with pathological fracture of femur due to lung cancer undergoing hemiarthroplasty by using three-dimensional(3 D)printing technology.The main points of nursing included paying attention to psychological nursing,breathing function training,observing the patient's condition closely,actively preventing and controlling shock,pain control,preventing the deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs,and carrying out individualized functional exercises.
