摘要
目的探讨专科护理在减少CT增强扫描时对比剂渗漏中的作用。方法回顾性分析2011年1月—2016年12月发生对比剂渗漏的16例患者的临床资料,总结护理措施和处理结果。结果 16例患者经对症处理24 h后均未发生不良并发症。结论专科护理在对比剂渗漏中具有重要的作用,严格按照对比剂注射指南执行静脉注射可有效减少对比剂渗漏的发生率。
Objective To discuss the role of specific nursing in preventing contrast agent extravasation in patients undergoing enhanced computed tomography(CT) scan.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with contrast agent extravasation during enhanced CT scan were analyzed retrospectively,and to summarized related specific nursing measures.Results All 16 patients were observed without adverse reactions after receiving targeted treatment and specific nursing management.Conclusion Specific nursing plays an important role in preventing contrast agent extravasation.Following the injection guidelines for intravenous contrast agent can effectively decrease the risk of extravasation.
