摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合洛铂腔内灌注治疗恶性腹水的疗效和安全性。方法 38例恶性腹水患者使用单腔中心静脉导管插管闭式引流,当积液基本引流干净时腔内灌注复方苦参注射液、洛铂及地塞米松,观察恶性腹水治疗后患者的生活质量、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果全组38例均可评价疗效和不良反应。生活质量改善者35例,占92.1%。完全缓解12例,部分缓解21例,总有效率86.8%。结论复方苦参注射液联合洛铂腔内灌注治疗恶性腹水疗效肯定,且不良反应轻,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of intraperitoneal perfusion of compound matrine injection and lobaplatin on malignant ascites.Methods Thirty-egiht patients received the compound matrine injection,lobaplatin and dexamethasone when the effusion was basically cleared.After the treatment,the quality of life,clinical effects and toxicities were observed.Results Quality of life was improved in the 35 cases(92.1%).Malignant ascites was complete response in the 12 cases,and partial response in the 21 cases,the total response rate was 86.8%.Conclusion The compound matrine injection plus lobaplatin was effective on malignant ascites,can reduce the toxicities and improve the quality of life.
