摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切除术围手术期优质护理的效果。方法 70例行腹腔镜下子宫全切除术治疗患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。实验组患者应用优质护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。观察比较两组患者住院时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、术中出血量、首次下床活动时间和护理满意度差异。结果实验组患者住院时间为(4.79±1.21)d、胃肠道功能恢复时间为(8.61±1.02)h,均短于对照组的(8.92±1.53)d、(16.79±1.99)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术中出血量为(83.25±15.93)ml、首次下床活动时间为(8.21±0.94)h,均明显少于对照组的(129.43±20.71)ml、(17.42±1.01)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹腔镜下子宫全切除术围手术期患者应用优质护理可明显提高护理质量和患者满意度,促进患者恢复,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative high quality nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 70 patients treated with laparoscopic total hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The experimental group received high quality nursing, and the control group received conventional nursing. Observation and comparison were made on differences of hospitalization time, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, intraoperative bleeding volume, first time off-bed activity time and nursing satisfactory in two groups. Results The experimental group had shorter hospitalization time as（4.79±1.21） d and recovery time of gastrointestinal function as（8.61±1.02） h than（8.92±1.53） d and（16.79±1.99） h in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had intraoperative bleeding volume as（83.25±15.93） ml, first time off-bed activity time as（8.21±0.94） h, which were all obviously less than（129.43±20.71） ml and（17.42±1.01） h in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously higher satisfactory as 100.00% than 85.71% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy, perioperative high quality nursing can significantly improve nursing quality and patient satisfactory, and promote the recovery of patients. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
