摘要
伴随着互联网的迅速发展,网络舆情发展成为一种新兴的游离于主流现实言论环境之外的信息表达渠道,被高校大学生群体所青睐,应用广泛,影响深远。网络舆情具有自由性、隐蔽性、突发性、盲动性、深刻性等特征,与高校大学生相结合,使思想政治教育工作日趋复杂化。要认识好、管理好高校网络舆情,积极发挥网络舆情的正效应,就得首先研究高校网络舆情是如何形成的,探究其形成机理。
With the rapid development of the Internet, the networkpublic opinion has become an emerging channel of informationexpression that is free from the mainstream real speechenvironment, which is favored by college students. It is widelyused and far-reaching. The network public opinion has the characteristicsof freedom, concealment, suddenness, blindness andprofoundness, and its combination with college students makesthe ideological and political education work more and more complicated.To understand and manage the network public opinionof colleges and universities and actively play the positive effect ofthe network public opinion, we must first study how it is formedand explore its formation mechanism.
